A production run of industrial magnet cases moving through the factory. Each batch travels with its own job folder, so laser, fold, weld and finish are signed off in order - the same discipline we use on ISO-accredited work, not a one-off prototype.
The outers are 3mm 304 stainless with a 2B finish. Blanks are laser cut, then folded into open-ended cases. Welding closes the joints; corners are dressed and brushed so the case stays clean and square before it goes on to assembly.
The folders are not decoration. They sit on the stack so anyone on the floor can see the next operation - welding, tapping, deburr, paint or plate when the job needs it. That is how a repeat industrial product stays consistent from the first case to the last.
