The site is provided for information about our sheet metal fabrication services and so you can contact us or request a quote. You must use it lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt, scrape in an abusive way, introduce malware, or misuse any form.
Content may change without notice. We try to keep information accurate but it is provided without warranty. Capacities, lead times and examples on the site are a guide and may not apply to every job.
Submitting the quote form, emailing us, or calling us is an enquiry - it is not a binding order. A contract for manufacture is formed only when we accept an order in writing (including email) on agreed drawings, materials, quantity, price and lead time.
Prices, if shown or later quoted, are in pounds sterling and exclusive of VAT (GB377562612) unless we say otherwise. Quotes are based on the information and files you supply. If the job changes, we may revise the quote.
You confirm that you have the right to send us sketches, CAD files, PDFs and samples, and that our use of them to quote and (if instructed) to manufacture will not infringe anyone else’s rights. Keep a copy of anything you upload - file size limits apply on the form, and we may not be able to open every format.
We will treat your drawings as confidential and use them to quote and produce your parts, not to market them as our own product designs. Finished parts remain subject to the commercial terms we agree with you for that job.
The site’s design, text, photographs and branding (including the Wheeler Fabrications name and mark) belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use. You may not copy the site for a commercial website or remove trade marks without our written permission.
Case studies describe work we have carried out. Customer names and project details are used with permission or in a way that does not disclose confidential information.
The site links to others, including Load Bear, Google Maps, Google Reviews and social media. We are not responsible for their content or terms. Use of those services is between you and the relevant provider.
How we use personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Cookies are described in our Cookie Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
The site is provided “as is”. We are not liable for loss arising merely from your use of, or inability to use, the website (including any inaccuracy in published information, or a form submission that fails to send). Liability for manufacturing work is governed by the contract we agree for that work, not by these website terms.
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may take action in your country of residence if you are a consumer.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted, shown as “last updated” at the top of this page.
