Commercial bathroom hardware, laser cut and folded in Birmingham. The faces have to stay show-quality: a protective coating on the sheet, and special tooling on the press brake so the folds do not mark the surface.
Bathroom fittings live in view. A die mark or a scratched coat is a reject. We keep the coating on through cutting and forming, and run the brake with tooling chosen to leave the face clean - not dressed afterwards if we can avoid it.
Packed in branded cartons, checked and labelled before they leave the factory. That is the same QC and dispatch route as the rest of our production work.
